Movements & Complications

This page explains movement options and how complications are checked. It focuses on clear expectations and transparent disclosure.

Transparency principle: We disclose movement type and differences.

We do not exaggerate movement performance or material strength.

What “Movement” Means for Daily Use

The movement drives timekeeping and core functions. Stability varies by movement type and use habits.

Mechanical watches have normal deviation ranges. Deviation relates to movement structure.

Movement Options We Offer

We provide different movement choices by version and budget. We explain differences clearly, without overselling.

Asian Movements (Standard)

Asian movements are used on standard versions. They match common budget and usage needs.

Japanese Movements (Higher Stability)

Japanese movements are positioned as more stable. They are recommended for frequent wearers.

Swiss Movements (High-End Optional)

Swiss movements can be offered as a higher-end option. We avoid false “all Swiss” claims.

Movement Disclosure Rules

We label movement model and origin transparently. We do not hide drawbacks or batch differences.

How We Explain Versions and Differences

Versions can include standard, upgraded, and flagship levels. We disclose factory source, batch, and upgrade points.

What We Disclose

  • Movement type and model, when labeled.
  • Known stability differences and practical limits.
  • Upgrade items and the scope of upgrades.
  • Visible differences and small defects possibility.

Communication rule: We do not claim “perfect 1:1” results.

We do not use jargon to confuse customers.

Complications: What We Check

Complications are extra functions beyond basic time display. We focus on practical checks during QC.

QC Focus for Movement and Functions

  • Timekeeping deviation check.
  • Power reserve behavior check.
  • Winding efficiency check.
  • Seconds hand smoothness check.
  • Date alignment check.
  • Index and hand alignment checks.

QC Transparency and Customer Confirmation

QC uses real photos of each individual watch. Videos may be provided when feasible.

QC Media We Provide

  • Multi-angle photos: front, back, clasp, and bracelet sides.
  • Lume photos when applicable.
  • Movement video when applicable.
  • Function demonstrations when applicable.

Customer Confirmation Rule

  • Shipment happens after customer QC confirmation.
  • Customers may request additional QC shots if needed.

Limits and Risk Disclosure

Mechanical watch deviation is normal. Results depend on structure and wearing habits.

Some batches can have small differences. We disclose known issues in advance when identified.

How to Use This Guide
