2) Payment Methods

- After QC passes, outbound is arranged within 24 hours.
5) Tracking and Delivery
Tracking number timing
- Tracking is sent within 24 hours after shipment.
- Tracking may show records after 24–48 hours.
Update frequency
- Express routes update daily.
- Special lines update every 2–3 days.
If tracking does not update
- If no update for over 5 days, contact support for follow-up.
- If customs lasts over 7 days, request acceleration.
- For delivery exceptions, request GPS proof when applicable.
